1. UL Attestation:
China Shoto gained UL certificate on June 14, 2002.
UL is shortened from Underwriter Laboratories Inc. UL Laboratory is the most authoritative institution in the world, and also a very biggish non-governmental organization in the field of security test and appraisal. It is independent, non-profit and professional institution that performs the test for the public security. UL is mainly concerned with production attestation and business security certification. The purpose of UL is to ensure products are safe for public use.

2. ISO 14001:
China Shoto changed its old ISO14001 certificate on Nov. 15, 2004.
ISO14000 is a standard set by the international standardization. It includes Environmental Administrative System, Environmental Audit, Environmental Symbol, Lifecycle analysis and so on. It also includes a lot of problems concerned in the field of the international environmental management. The target of this system is to direct all kinds of organization rightly. To achieve the ISO 14001, Chinashoto adheres to very strict standards of environmental administration.

3. ISO9001:
China Shoto changed its old ISO9001 certificate on Sep. 1, 2004.
ISO9000 series criterion is Quality Management and Quality Assurance committee (TC176) issued in 1987. ISO9001 quality system is a kind of quality assurance system, including design, research, production, installation and service.

4. Russian CCC Certification:
China Shoto gained Russian CCC certificate on Oct. 30, 2003.
Russian CCC certificate is issued by the certification center of Russian Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication, which is the network access certificate for Russian communication industry. The certificate is granted if the communication equipment manufacturing enterprise and its products has been qualified after strict inspection according to Russian national standard on the basis of ISO9000 certification. If Russian CCC certificate is issued, it represents that the equipment certified could meet the quality Standard of Russian Communication Industry, and these equipment can be applied in this field.

5. Russian PCT Certification:
China Shoto gained Russian PCT certificate on Jan 14, 2004.
GOST certificate is a kind of quality system certificate, which is issued by the certification center of Russian National Standard Bureau if the products of the application enterprise have been qualified after strict inspection according to Russian national standard. If GOST certificate is granted, it represents that the products inspected comply with Russian National Standard, and can be produced, sold or imported in Russia.
