China Shoto plc (AIM:CHNS), a leading Chinese producer of industrial batteries and power supply systems, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006 will be distributed to shareholders today, 18 May 2007, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.  As from 21 May 2007 an electronic copy of the China Shoto Report and Accounts 2006 will be available from the Company's website at www.chinashoto.com/financials.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday 12 June 2007 at the offices of Abchurch Communications, 100 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6EU.
