● Features
I. True Green Environment-friendly product
Lead-calcium alloy is used to produce battery grid, which has less pollution to the environment compared with that of lead-antimony-cadmium alloy, and results in less water loss, low self-discharge, and long cycle life.
Battery formation process is adopted, which is the latest formation technique, and has many merits, such as environment friendly and high efficiency etc.
II. Reliable long service life design
Special structure and thick grid design are used, which can improve the corrosion- resistance and anti-vibration performances, and prolong the service life.
Special addictives are added in the paste formula, which leads to high rate of active material utilization, excellent charging acceptance ability, and good low temperature performance etc.
Particular curing process is applied, which improves the content of quad-basic lead sulfate (4BS), enhances the contact between active material and the grid, and prolong the service life of the battery to a great extent.
Vacuum acid filling technique and actual capacity determination of each battery are implemented during battery production.
